Thank you for shopping with Blushly! Here's everything you need to know about getting your order, with no fine print.

Where your order ships from

We want to be straightforward with you: Blushly is a small independent shop, and our products are sourced from trusted overseas fulfilment partners rather than a warehouse down the road. That's how we keep prices where they are — and it's also why delivery takes longer than a big-box retailer. We'd rather tell you up front than surprise you.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time

Standard delivery typically takes 7–15 business days after processing. Delivery times vary by destination, and this estimate applies to every shipping option we currently offer — we don't have a faster expedited service, so please don't count on one for a specific date.

Shipping costs

Free shipping on orders over $50. Below $50, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and destination — you'll always see the exact cost before you pay, and some items may qualify for a free option.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your glow-up to your door. Tracking can take a few days to start updating after it's issued — that's normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.

International orders

We ship to a range of countries outside the United States. Available destinations and rates are shown at checkout. Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your country are set by your government, not by us, and are your responsibility. We can't calculate or refund them.

Delayed orders

If your order passes the 15 business day window, email us at elhadjhuncho@gmail.com with your order number and we'll chase the carrier for you. We reply within 24–48 hours.

Lost or never delivered

If your package is lost in transit or never arrives, you're fully covered by our 30-day happiness guarantee — a full refund or a free replacement, your choice.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll correct it if the order hasn't shipped yet.
