How long does shipping take?

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days, then standard delivery takes 7–15 business days. Our products ship from overseas fulfilment partners, which is how we keep prices low — we'd rather be upfront about the wait than surprise you.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout so you see the exact cost before you pay.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a full refund, and you don't have to send anything back — you keep the product. Just email us with your order number. See our Refund Policy for the details.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Email us with your order number and we'll sort it out: a full refund or a free replacement, your choice. A photo helps us catch quality problems at the source, so we'll usually ask — but it's never a condition of your refund.

What if my package never arrives?

You're fully covered. Email us and we'll refund you or send a replacement, whichever you prefer.

Are your brushes vegan and cruelty free?

Yes — all Blushly brushes use soft synthetic bristles. No animal hair, ever.

How do I clean my brushes?

Rinse with lukewarm water and a gentle brush cleaner. Reshape and lay flat to dry. Clean weekly for best performance.

Can I track my order?

Yes — you'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

How fast do you reply to emails?
