At Blushly, we want you to love your glow-up. If you're not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics, skincare, and used applicators cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

How to start a return

Email us at elhadjhuncho@gmail.com with your order number and reason for your return, and we'll walk you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right — a free replacement or full refund, your choice.
